As a consolidation of essential data, the following information is repeated from the Company Link - Phone support (mostly technical fixes to non ZRD supplied or installed equipment and suggestions for improvement) is best utilized from 10:00am to 12:00am, M-F. We allocate this dedicated time to non-customers that need answers to planned upgrades, require a replacement due to age or evolving situations. We are assisting customers (phone support and on site for current active projects) from 8:00am to 5pm and as necessary. If you are unable to reach us during normal hours, you may send us an email or leave a phone message and we will respond as soon as possible.
