M-F. We allocate this dedicated time to non-customers that need answers to planned upgrades, require a replacement
due to age or evolving situations. We are assisting customers (phone support and on site) from 11:30am to 5pm and as
necessary. If you are unable to reach us during normal hours, you may send us an email or leave a phone message and we will
respond as soon as possible.
