ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Purchaser is responsible to ensure that any item purchased meets their requirements and will fit properly prior to purchase. ZRD will provide literature, drawings, or schematics as requested to assist purchaser in the decision process. Cancellations are not accepted after items purchased have shipped. Purchaser is responsible for proper installation of all supplied materials. ZRD warrants that ZRD manufactured products will be free from defects in material, design, and workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase by the original end user. In the unlikely, event of a manufacturing defect on any ZRD manufactured product, a 30 day exchange only policy for an identical replacement component is provided. Additional items purchased that are non ZRD manufactured, carry the individual manufacturer's full warranty. ZRD will assist with obtaining a RGA for these items.

Misapplication, abuse, improper maintenance, failure to follow installation or operating instructions, damages caused by non-authorized products attached to ZRD manufactured products, unauthorized alteration, modification, or repair void any warranty.

Labor, travel, any freight charge, or any other expenses related to the installation, repair, or replacement of any defective part or accessory manufactured by ZRD or any other company is exempt from coverage.

WARRANTY SERVICE PROCEDURES AND REMEDIES: Contact ZRD for an RGA number prior to customer's shipment to ZRD. Failed part(s) are subject to factory inspection and approval prior to repair or replacement under warranty. At ZRD's election, appropriate repair or replacement of parts or accessories falls within the coverage afforded by this warranty.

THERE ARE NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE BY ZRD TO PURCHASER OR ANYONE CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, OR FOR ZRD. ZRD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE HEREUNDER TO ANY PARTY FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER. IN NO EVENT SHALL ZRD BE LIABLE FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, INDIRECT, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF USE, ANY EXPENSES OR LOSSES RESULTING FROM DOWN TIME SUCH AS RENTAL OF SUBSTITUTE EQUIPMENT, LODGING, FOOD, TRANSPORTATION, STORAGE, TOWING EXPENSES, OR DAMAGE TO OTHER EQUIPMENT.
