The images above (Click to view full size) are from an Oceanis 461 (a few hull numbers earlier) being built with the standard 62hp Westerbeke engine. This owner chose to have the minimum engine installed instead of the upgraded 75hp Yanmar option. Note the construction technique of the inner "Double Hull". This provides extreme rigid stringer and rib strength throughout the hull. Also, should any water enter the hull, every drop is routed via the ribs and stringers internally into a very small 6"x6"x6" bilge sump just forward of the keel. Each of the hull compartments created has a small drain hole into the stringers just in case water is dropped on the flooring above due to human or environmental conditions. This produces and ensures that the entire vessel and hull is always 100% dry! This vessel has never had or will ever have a foul hull odor, or lingering moisture problem.

This 461 Exceeds and Improves upon Beneteau's version of Features & Specifications (2 left PDFs) with replacements, upgrades & options performed by ZRD! Some of the Significant Upgrades that were performed over the first 8 years (and still continuing) follow below. The complete detail of the workmanship in each of these categories is too enormous to fully encapsulate here. During the on-site visit, one may realistically appreciate and fully grasp the significance and attention-to-detail of what was performed. The nature and scope of Actions, Enhancements, and Procedures were put into 4 Binders of Detailed Extensive Documentation (Diagrams, Pictures, Procedures, Explanations, Part Numbers, Lists, Manuals, ...) that was created for crew members in the event of an unforeseen situation affecting the Captain. These binders barely fit inside a milk crate. For the next owner, this will be an valuable resource whose scope and detail is never provided to the subsequent owner when purchasing a previously owned vessel. This far exceeds even what new vessels are supposed to come with (if ever) from their manufacturer. Improvements, Upgrades and maintenance are sill being performed by the original and only owner!

(1) Paige II had it's "keel laid" in 2000, but its commissioning, outfitting, and technical redesign took place over the next 8 years to be of the absolute highest quality and state of the art. No compromise on quality was taken anywhere what so ever. Every possible future problem was designed out to the utmost possibility. The vessel is in perfect condition with only 370 engine hours. The vessel is completely ready for an owner that plans to put it into full, productive, worldwide sail away use. There has not been a new vessel shown the attention to detail during initial outfitting as this one. It will outshine, outperform, and be more reliable than any dealer supplied vessel, bar none, including an "equivalent" 473, 49, or smaller 46. It truly is one of a kind.

Much more in details and information is available to those on an actual serious search. An on-site walk-through will amaze even the seasoned sailor. The full attention to detail and quality is impossible to be appreciated or conveyed until the on-site visit is performed. If requested, upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit, a test sail will be provided. For any additional details, call 321-264-3243 or email zmail @ The vessel is currently located in Titusville, Florida.

The pricing including the items in the Light blue background section (located above the Dashed Line) is $183,247 USD.
Hopefully, you have read everything above before looking at price. PII was commisioned and outfitted above and beyond any supposed "comped" vessel. This vessel with all of its features was in excess of $400,000 new - not including custom labor charges. Depending on the available Optional Equipment a buyer needs or desires (in the Light green background section), the price will be adjusted accordingly. For most, it will vary in a range up to $202,239 USD. If every piece of optional equipment in storage is included, this vessel may be sailed away for the remarkable price of $208,184 USD which includes a hard bottom 12 foot inflatable Dingy, hardly used Engine & Trailer, and even a Spare rudder for the 461! For a truly knowledgeable sailor that knows what is required, correctly, and enjoyably outfitted, this is your dream vessel. It is available to be sailed away today. Unlike other types of vessel listings, the Accuracy and Details of this vessel are listed in good faith. Should any discrepancies occur, it is an unintentional oversight or typo. A buyer, upon reaching a definite decision on any vessel, should always investigate any details that he desires to be validated.
