We offer planning, development, training, support, and installation (locally) if necessary. As part of our standard service, we accommodate requests for tailored applications. Our planning service has expanded to include a consulting service at the request of many satisfied customers. Our expertise applies to both sail and power vessels.

Phone support (mostly technical fixes to NON ZRD supplied or installed equipment and suggestions for improvement) is best utilized from 9:30 to 11:30am, M-F. We allocate this dedicated time to non-customers that need answers to planned upgrades, require a replacement due to age or evolving situations. We are assisting customers (phone support and on site) from 9am to 5pm and as necessary. If you are unable to reach us during normal hours, you may always leave us a message or email and we will respond as soon as possible. For those that are on voyages, we offer support 24/7, as necessary, to ensure their safety and comfort.
